At MKS Batteries, we strive to provide quality products and services. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable for battery sales and service bookings.
2. Battery Sales Refund Policy
For battery purchases made through our website:
- Refunds will be issued only for defective or damaged products.
- Customers must report the issue within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Refunds will be processed once we verify the returned product.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Battery Service Booking Refund Policy
For battery service bookings:
- Refunds are only applicable if the service is not rendered due to MKS Batteries' fault.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- If the service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule or offer a full refund.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@mksbattery.com with your order ID and reason for the refund.
- Provide photos or evidence of damaged products, if applicable.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Change of mind or incorrect product ordered by the customer.
- Used or damaged products not reported within the refund window.
- Service cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- Failure to provide accurate address or contact details.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as it may take time for the refund to be processed.
